Refund & Cancellation Policy /

Understand our refund process for course enrollments

At Akshaya Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Batch Starts

  • You may cancel your enrollment before your assigned batch starts.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@akshayaacademy.com or by calling +91 99420 92921.
  • Refund amount depends on when the cancellation request is received (see Refund Schedule below).

After Batch Starts

  • Once classes have begun, cancellation is allowed but refund will be calculated based on classes attended.
  • No refund will be issued if more than 25% of the course has been completed.
  • Non-attendance without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Schedule

Within 7 days before batch starts 75% Refund
Within 3 days before batch starts 50% Refund
After batch starts (less than 25% attended) Pro-rata refund for remaining sessions
After 25% of course completed No Refund

3. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please contact your bank if the refund is not received within the stated timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration or enrollment processing fees (if any).
  • Study materials that have already been provided/downloaded.
  • Mock test fees (if charged separately).
  • Overseas education consultation fees (if charged separately).

5. Batch Transfer

If you cannot attend your assigned batch but wish to continue with the course:

  • You may request a one-time batch transfer at no additional cost.
  • The transfer must be requested at least 3 days before the original batch starts.
  • Transfer is subject to availability in the requested batch.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If a payment fails but the amount is debited, it is typically auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
  • For duplicate payments, we will refund the extra amount within 5-10 business days after verification.
  • Please contact us immediately at +91 99420 92921 if you experience any payment issues.

7. Cancellation by Akshaya Academy

  • If we cancel a batch or course due to insufficient enrollments or other reasons, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to join an alternative batch.
  • We will notify you at least 48 hours before the scheduled batch start date if cancellation is necessary.
