- Akshaya Academy provides educational training services (IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, Junior English, Overseas Education Guidance).
- We do not sell or ship physical products. Our services are delivered through in-person classes, online sessions, and digital study materials.
- This "Shipping & Delivery" policy is applicable as required by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) to comply with payment processing regulations.

3. Delivery Method
- Offline Classes: Delivered in person at our training center in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India.
- Online Classes: Delivered via video conferencing platforms. Access details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
- Study Materials: Physical materials will be distributed in class. Digital materials will be shared via email or our online platform.
4. No Physical Shipping
As an educational service provider:
- We do not ship any physical products through courier or postal services.
- There are no shipping charges applicable to any of our services.
- No tracking numbers or shipment details are applicable.
5. Communication After Payment
After successful payment through Razorpay, you will receive:
- Immediate: Payment confirmation via email/SMS from Razorpay.
- Within 24 hours: Enrollment confirmation from Akshaya Academy via email/WhatsApp.
- Within 48 hours: Batch allocation details including schedule, timing, and (for online students) login credentials.
