Welcome to Akshaya Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and enrollment in our courses. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Akshaya Academy

Akshaya Academy is a language training institute based in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India, offering IELTS, PTE Academic, Spoken English, Junior English, and Overseas Education Guidance services.

2. Enrollment Terms

  • By enrolling in a course, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment processing through Razorpay.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details and batch information within 24 hours of payment.
  • Batch allocation is subject to availability and will be communicated within 48 hours of enrollment.
  • Akshaya Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel any enrollment at its discretion.

3. Fees & Payments

  • All course fees are listed on our website and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited, our authorized payment gateway partner.
  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets as supported by Razorpay.
  • Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. Fees applicable at the time of payment will be honored.
  • All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Course Delivery

  • Offline Classes: Conducted at our center in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Timings will be communicated during batch allocation.
  • Online Classes: Conducted via video conferencing platforms. Login credentials and session links will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
  • Course duration and hours are as specified on the course enrollment page.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice.
  • Study materials, if any, will be provided during the course as determined by the instructor.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Attend classes regularly as per the assigned batch schedule.
  • Maintain decorum and respect towards instructors and fellow students.
  • Complete assigned practice tests and homework within the given timeframes.
  • Not share course materials, recordings, or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Inform the academy in advance about any planned absences.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, study materials, practice tests, teaching methodologies, and website content are the intellectual property of Akshaya Academy. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without written permission.
  • Record classes, lectures, or training sessions without authorization.
  • Use our branding, logos, or content for any commercial purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Akshaya Academy provides training and preparation services. We do not guarantee specific test scores, exam results, or visa approvals.
  • Success depends on individual effort, practice, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the course fees paid by you.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Website Usage

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes.
  • We are not responsible for any temporary unavailability of the website due to technical issues.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Razorpay: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, subject to their terms of service and privacy policy.
  • We may use third-party tools for communication (WhatsApp, Email) and online classes (video conferencing platforms).
  • We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
